A few American locks i found.

i found these when i was out hiking the other day what kind of lock are they i tried to pick them no luck.

They are H10 padlocks. Double sided wafer lock in them. Since the one says CSX CAR on the back I assume you found these right around a rail road track.

Neat locks. Not hard to pick especially with a slightly modified auto tension wrench. Where did you get those? Mine didn't have keys either.

I have replacement cylinder plugs for those - with keys, of course.
