Has any one tried to pick a dimple lock with a Peterson American bypass tool it seem to be the right shape?

Nice template mjollnir54, which locks did you test it with?
I'll check the measurements and let Pickingpaul know if it's good for the R6.
As rai said, rounding off the edges improves a lot the pick maneuverability.

Cheers :)

Nice template, mjollnir54. Will make it today and test it out. And the OP has a very nice pick.

Re: Got around to making a dedicated dimple pick!

Finally remembered to measure my favorite dimple pick, very good for Iseo R6. The width and length of the tip are 3 mm, it's shaped like this ===\_/ so the very tip is 2 mm wide.
The shaft is one millimeter thick and 28 mm long.

Cheers :)
