Dimple pick for cyrano

Started on this today after a bit of a delay... the handle isn't done yet, been at it for a few hours on and off so far. It isn't perfect, but it works and it's about as even as it's gonna get. Gonna keep sanding it then get the handle done. I'm gonna give the handle a brushed finish for better grip, don't think it'd look right this shiny all over lol. Pick on the right is a goso for comparison.



Gonna take a break to chill out and do some picking for a while, got a package in the mail so I wanna investigate that. Pick will be finished later tonight or tomorrow, will post pics of the finished product as soon as I'm done.

Looks well sanded to me. Give it a round handle and it's perfect.
For dimple locks I prefer a more rounded tip, something between an half ball and an half diamond, I call it half ballamond
I'm not diminishing your design, just suggesting an alternative.

I've seen your dimple picks before so I know what you mean. Looks like they'd be nice to use, but this does the job rightly

I still haven't tried a flat and square pick like ===|_| the closer one I make is ===\_/ so I may try the square one someday.
