Re: My latest homebrew

Glad you got them so quickly Sol' , the bristles are bendable but if you want tight angles you might want to cherry red them on a stove or torch , then quench in something mate , i just put a gradual bend in and gradually tweak the damn things , i have a good supply it's no big deal if one cracks as i can grab another several hundred !
Really glad you liked my homebrew Solomon , enjoy . :offestdiamond:

Re: My latest homebrew

I tried to cold bend one and it just snapped, so yeah they definitely need heat. Good thing I've a gas stove! Made one to see how it felt and it's fucking class, nice black finish and shit from the heat aswell. Reminds me of HPC wrenches, exact same texture and it has the same spring to it too. Really impressed mate, thanks a bunch!! These will see me right for a long time, how do you get your hands on so many of the damn things anyway?

Yes Solomon , i have pals in the waste disposal game , made him a set of picks and he brought that round !
It was in my "look what the bin man dragged in " post !
The reach pick was made from a piece of drain snake , it's like a clock spring but made of spring steel .
Enjoy mate. :offestdiamond:

Re: My latest homebrew

I keep the bristle head in bin bag and cut a bunch at a time , but may go for it with an angle grinder one of these days just to get the bulky thing out of my kitchen.
