Anyway, I kept getting wicked false sets and spent forever trying to pick pins that were already set. So it was just a case of releasing tension to the 'borderline' where pins start popping back and then trying to tell which ones were stuck on spools. Not easy with these little dimple pins. In the end I got it by releasing a few pins back to normal and starting almost from scratch. Tough lock though...
I found the pins on the bottom weren't really the problem too. Hope that helps?
