I got Jruther2's pick in the mail today, I gotta say this thing is beautiful. Mirror finish on the pick, lightweight, great feedback. The tip is like a offset diamond mixed with a Peterson Gem. Here's a couple locks I grabbed to test the pick.
Medeco m3
The tip of this pick makes rotating pins in a Medeco much easier. I didn't have to scrub the hell out of the pins to get them to rotate, I did them individually and clicked the slider home, which is a first for me, usually I set the pins to sheer, then get to work on the rotating like a mad man.
American 700 and an American 5200 U.S. This lock fell open, I could feel every click of the serrations and the pins setting. Wonderful feedback with this pick.
The material used for the handle is great, it doesn't slip around when your hands get sweaty, and it gives a lot better feedback than padded foam or rubber handles. Solid material, where the handle is stuck to the pick is seamless, i can't see any JB Weld, it's perfect.
Overall this is one of the finest picks i've ever used, not only is it just straight awesome looking, it's fantastic to put to use. I cranked it pretty hard inside a couple Yale locks I have, and we know the kind of spools those tend to have, the pick didn't bend or warp. Very strong.
Thanks to Jruther2 for the pick!
