I used a Cheap Knurling Tool that i bought in a Hardware store.
Cost about 10 Euros.
I cant take a Photo,because the tool is on my work.

Does the head pivot though? It's not a hand knurler, is it?

I don´t now Exactly what do you mean, because my American English is not the best because i´m out of Training.
The Knurled Handles are made of solid Alu/Stainless steel with a drill hole in the Middle and a Thread in the side.
The Knurl comes in the holding device of the Rotary Chisel.
It has two Hard-Metal wheels.
