My second homebrew pick

I (re-)made the Falle-Safe deep curve 5/6 that I made earlier with a putty knife using C1095 feeler gauge stock.

Comparison with the genuine article:

It came out fairly well except for a very small score (about 1mm long, hairline thin) that you might be able to make out in the picture (burr slip).

Ed expressed an interest in this style of pick so its yours Ed if you want it. Given the (slight) defect I am happy to part with it for a very modest price. Just PM me.

If anyone else is interested in deep curve picks I can reproduce any of the Falle-Safe profiles for you. Personally, I think the deep curve 5/6 is the only pick in the Falle-Safe set that can't be readily substituted with a conventional pick. The only comparable commercial pick is the Peterson Reach Pick.

Very nice, great work.
Naaapaalm...sticks to kids...it sticks to the belly and it sticks to the ribs...
See those kids standing by the lake...drop some napalm and watch them bake.
