The file type is not allowed for upload. Can you post the picture to Imgur and then post it here, or change the file type to something like jpg?

Im trying to identify these keys and where i can obtain blanks as well.
the PDQ is restricted, good luck finding blanks unless you are a locksmith who has an agreement with PDQ to resell their locks:

Are you trying to made additional keys for your apartment or condo? probably easier to pay $25 for an additional key.

PS. I uploaded the pics from the PDF to imgur.. op needs to learn how to do that stuff, it's not hard..
I see some Schuco locks on ebay but not your keyway and not many at all.. I think they make a generic EVVA 3KS cylinder.. reminds me of Angal and how they made a Medeco clone.
Re: Please ID
Is the PDQ yet another rebranded version of the Korean CX 5 or whatever it's called?
Re: Please ID
it does say "made in korea" on the other side

looking for blanks for a condo complex which i currently manage, something for me to provide the people who live in building and guide them in the right direction since locksmith in my area dont carry those blanks.
Thanks for the tip.
Re: Please ID
Even if you could find the blank, cutting it would not be trivial.
I suggest you should either contact who ever installed those locks, or get new ones..

Re: Please ID
Well, start by contacting the owners. They might be able to help you get in contact with the originating locksmith. If that fails, it looks like you have no choice but to replace the cylinders and issue new keys to everyone. Pay a visit to a bricks-and-mortar locksmith and ask about replacement cylinders and ask about key control, too.
Re: Please ID
someone had to buy and install it...surely there are records or invoices telling you who to contact for more keys.
