It might be possible to force the key back to the normal position and get it out. However, if the key has somehow been turned one point, you won't be able to do that. Your only hope is that you can wiggle the key a whole lot.
Another option might be to tap the key hard on the end with a hammer as you try to turn it towards the key removal position. If you are lucky, it might bump the pins and turn.
Odds are, though, you need a new lock! * info from another source, I copied and pasted . Hope it helps.
