A2

What is the difference between a Peaks core, and a Best Peaks core.

I just did 45 Peaks Preferred cores today, and someone asked me if they were Best Peaks because I was using Best size pins

there must be a differance

I think it is just branding. Some say Peaks and some say Best.

A pro lockie who works with them may correct me, but pretty sure they are the same thing.

Re: A2

Yes, they are the same. Kaba came up with the Peaks technology and licensed it to Best.

Re: A2

Peaks Preferred is the newly patented key system that they have. It differs from the regular peaks system in that there is a 'peak' on both the bottom and top of the key.
