Re: first motorcycle key made!!
Motorcycle season is coming quick with the great warm weather. Did a 04 yam r6 the other day. Dust cap was missing on ignition and it was sitting all winter outside. I used the accureader to decode ignition but it was giving me false readings all over the place. The gas tank is were everything was nicely preserved little bit of corrosion on wafers, but WD-40 made reading a breeze.
Re: first motorcycle key made!!
Congrats on the success
I have done 3 bikes this week so far
some are a breeze and some can be a pain
I think the hardest one is the Honda with the double sided wafer system
I don't use any reader just impression them
I came across a Honda that used a transponder a couple weeks ago
It was the first one I came across ,Ilco book shows to be a option
