lab pin sets

I'm going to buy my first pin set . Can someone tell me the set to buy .003 or .005 they are the same price. Thanks

Buy the .003!! The .005 would be ok if there was a big price difference but for the same price .003 is the way to go. That is all I use.

the .00? is the incriments the pins are in... so a .003 will have a .124 and .127 and .130 but a .005 will have a .120 and .125 and .130... so in essence a .003 can do more than a .005
BUT
most locks will work fine if you have a .005 set... only the ones with nice tolerances will need .003 kits...

again i advise a .003 kit
