Hey guys does anyone know anyone that could make me a key for my cylinders, I purchased 2 removed from cylinder and three in the lock, I spent all last night working on them I got the two out of lock to the picked open state, and managed to get the one 831 to control after breaking two peterson reaches and a short hook in the keyway, it kept getting wedged between the warding. Any help would be appreciated or if you know of a key blank that can be filed down to fit in keyway, I own one key for my 826 I have a locksmith that will let me pin them all the same for free but would like to have some keys, Do you guys feel that a clamshell method could be used with a jb weld type molding material and then use brass shavings from key maker to pour brass key with mold, not sure if that would work or not.
I included a picture of the third cylinder tore down to show what drivers were used a while back I was asked to do this for my 826 which had all standard drivers, this cylinder has two mushroom pins, I can tear down the other two if you guys would like to see those as well.
Also if anyone knows of someone that could open my 2 remaining unopened 831's let me know LSA suggested framerfreak, I gave up on them last night after breaking three picks in keyway, I may give another go in next few days but dont really want to sacrafice any more petersons

NO ONE has blanks. So keys can't be made that way. Or find replacement cylinders, which probably isn't going to happen, all of mine have been sold, but someone might sell u theirs.

You can always make keys from metal stock, which is probably quite tedious, but probably your best bet.

ill let you know if it works when im done, im using the heavy duty grinding wheel that comes with the dremel, kind of hard to use and not go to far with it. Ill stop in at locksmith tomorrow and see if i can get a safe blank or something I think you are right those will prob work better might even be able to cut the warding in the side if carefull. IDK, the metal I am using currently is 28 thousands thick spring steel it is all i had laying around hopefully it is thick enough to turn the pins when inserted
