I have a LaGard 3715 on a safe that I just purchased from an auction and of course I have no idea of the code. Short of drilling it,is there anyway to reset the code with the door locked? I have found reset info if the door was open. I have spent the last few days entering random 6 digit numbers with no luck.

I would recommend calling a locksmith. Electronic safe locks have a rediculous amount of combos. If they could be opened by just entering random numbers the manufacturer wouldn't last too long in the market.
