Any information on this Medeco lock? (with pictures)

So I recently purchased a collection of locks and keys online for $15 after shipping. They came today and while rummaging through them, I found one of the locks to be a Medeco. Needless to say, I was quite happy.

Anyways, I'm having a hard time identifying it. It's a cylinder shape and has no driver pins. It sets only from the rotation+sidebar+slider. I had figured it was a BiLevel but I'm not too sure. On the back of the key it says TCH. I couldn't find anything by searching Google on this.

So my questions are:
(1): What type of lock is it?
(2): What application is this one in specific used for?
(3): How can I dismantle the lock further? I can't get to the pins and I can't remove the slider or sidebar.
(4): Why does it say TCH on the back of the key? It isn't stamped or anything. It looks like that's how the factory made it.

Here are some pictures:

Re: Any information on this Medeco lock?

this is as far as i can tell a T- handle vending machine lock, or camlock, like mine..
they carry no drivers, and the sidebar fingers align with holes, not slots, and there are many DEEP false grooves and holes..(dimples,of a sort..)
little marvels of ingenuity in my humble opinion, and a great score! now, time to pick pick pick =)
hope this helps a bit.
OH AND its an M3... cool. see the milling for the slider on the key....
gotta get me one....(wanna try the paperclip method=)

I have one like the one in Awols picture, to the right, it came to me with no top springs!!! It still works the same as long as the lock is mounted correctly! No way for me to mess with it, with no springs you can't feel nothing in it.
I have been in the souls of many women, but I always end up on the soles of there shoes.

The "TCH" on the key is for "Twin City Hardware" they are a company that sells high security locks for many applications.
