Replacing SFICs without control keys

I recently bought an old bank for my brewery. I wanted to re-key the doors for obvious reasons, and didn't have control keys, so I figured I'd flex my picking muscles a little bit.

I broke out my Sparrows snake rake and went to town on the back door first. Much to my surprise (and delight!) I picked it to control in just about a minute.

Then I went around to the front door. I picked it to the operating shear several times, then switched to a Sparrows city rake. It was picking to operating shear over and over again, almost immediately on putting the pick in the lock. Then it just stopped working, even with the key. Oops. Think I got a wafer or two jammed up in there--the first two pins wouldn't come back down.

This is why you don't pick locks that are in use, kids! Luckily, I was prepared.

I replaced both with shiny new 7-pin Bests that our own Riyame was kind enough to pin up and send me.

Then I picked the inside door, just for fun :) It's a 5-pin no-name lock that I don't have a key for. Can you pros tell anything about it from the keyway?

Looks like a normal SC1 mortise to me, but hard to tell with the angle of the picture.

Haha, awesome that you finally got them switched out. Dont forget to change out those flimsy keyrings I send them with as well since they arent very strong.

Re: Replacing SFICs without control keys

So, let me get this straight, my pal Riyame knows what key fits a brewery? This is the kind of info that can come in handy!
