Queensland/Ausralian legal question

Hi,

I wanted to see if anyone can help me with the legality of owning lock picking tools in Queensland. Assume there only purpose in life is to stay in my flat and for personal use as I have no plans of doing anything slighly illegal here.

If it is questionable I'll have to not do it as I'm not a citizen yet and don't really wan to get deported...Since they deported that doctor with no real (public) evidence I feel it is a valid concern.

So far I can clearly find lock picking tools for cars and luggage will get you time in jail.

I can't really find laws on aything else...

If this post is in he wrong area feel fre to move it, I wasn't sure the best place to put this.

Re: Queensland/Ausralian legal question

Well, from what I see, being in public will give them the right to search you, however I didn't take the time to search for the exact laws regarding them.
