KP Raffle: Rare 1971 Locks, Safes, and Security+pickset!

Rather than an auction which would exclude a lot of people we are holding a raffle for a rare 1971 copy of Locks, Safes, and Security - A Handbook For Law Enforcement Personnel. Pictures will be below. This is coming from my collection and there is minor damage as shown, not bad though considering it's age.

UPDATE: Also included is the pick set from BumpMyLock detailed here: http://www.keypicking.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=7643#p67057 The pickset will be mailed directly from BumpMyLock.

The raffle will be open for 1 month starting February 1, 2013 at 00:01 (12:01AM) CST and will end on February 28, 2013 at 23:59 (11:59 PM) CST. The drawing will occur on March 4, 2013 in order to give us time to make sure the lists are correct and final.

The drawing will be conducted using the services on http://www.random.org to keep things impartial.

Entries are $10 each and there are a maximum of 5 entries per person. To enter make a donation to Keypicking at the top of the main page for the amount of entries you want. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FORUM NAME AND INDICATE THAT IT IS FOR THE RAFFLE. Then send a pm to Elbowmacaroni to confirm your entries

Your forum name will appear in the draw list 1 time for each entry.

International bidders are allowed but will have to pay the extra shipping costs. Shipping in US and Canada will be included.

The winner will be contacted after the draw via pm/email. If the winner does not respond to claim his prize within four weeks it will be awarded to the next person in line in the draw.

Before entering please make sure that it is not illegal for you to own such material as Keypicking.com and its management cannot be held responsible for items seized in customs or any legal action taken against the winner. Any and all customs and import fees, taxes, etc will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Proceeds will be used to fund operating expenses for keypicking.com
