Nice locks, the one on the left is similar to a Y90s that i picked. Got security pins in them good fun to pick though. Not sure on the disk lock got a cheapo that ive done and it was more awkward than anything ........should keep you amused for a bit lol ....good luck.

ok ,

either i have ZERO lock picking skills or these locks are really hard.....

the one on the left if I rake and then SPP it , it feels like all pins are set but it wont unlock ....

the one on the right is the same keyway as the other yale i got , soo ill wait to i get a short hook and a long hook to takle that one...

and the one on the bottom i cant really seem to find a second binding pin , the first i can find at the back the others are tricky ....

oh well guess thats the fun of it all!

hmm, thats odd, did you crush some springs? turn the lock to where the pins hang down and try the key, see if that works.

er , dont know how I could have crushed any springs? I did use a bit of "force" oppening the lock , the pins were stiff but my other locks have taken just as much punishment and they still fine.

the lock is dead:( ill take it back see if they will exchange it!

You may have damaged it if you tried raking it.

Nice set i have the smaller set of these. Have to watch not to put too much force on them or the shafts will bend. Had it happen a couple of times on the hook pick but it was a hard pin to set but just go steady with them. The triple peak rake is excellent too .

but how much would you say is too much? im planning to pick them yales with this set , and i need to push those pins down hard to get counter-rotation!

Well you get a fair bit of spring in the pick just dont go too harsh. You can apply a fair amount of pressure you dont have to treat it like glass. But just a little warning, i pulled mine out and it was bowed slightly but it went back into shape after bending it back. But a good set all the same and i think the Yales shouldnt be a problem for them

Sometimes on the cheaper locks, they will use the same driver pins for all the depths. Usually this in itself isn't a problem. However if they are using driver pins that are too short, and the lock has a really shallow cut in it. Then the spring will be crossing the shear line instead of a pin. So it's possible that you picked a specific chamber at a really deep cut when it was suppose to be a really shallow cut. Which would result in a crushed spring and explain why it was harder to turn, and why it won't work now. But since you have replaced the lock since, hopefully you won't run into that problem again.
