Just a couple of HARD locks to pick!

Well, I ran into a lock today that is the most secure thing I have ever saw, it has to have a spool, a serrated pin, a mushroom, you name it, it's the one on the left, I just need to make a bump key for it so that I can get it open  hmmm, maybe I can shim it.

Re: Just a couple of HARD locks to pick!

is the american just there for size reference?
funny thing...i have a lil' 5-pin aussie lock,and it's just a cheapo,
but due to tolerances,it is one of the harder pin tumbler locks i have...
you sure can't judge a book by its cover in this game.....

Yep, the American is just for the size reference, and no, this has no security pins, however, it is a real solid lock, easy to pick open and made well, these are the locks most common around here for fire extinguisher enclosures. The sloppiest lock I ever saw was a master lock made to secure a rifle case, it had steel pins and was so sloppy it was nearly impossible to pick.
