I bought the Annex a couple years ago to train locksmiths. Funny how we wonder how we got along without such valuable tools. It fits nicely in my LAB IC pinning kit.

To generate a control key (A2 pinning system), decode top pins. Subtract from 13. Result gives Control Depth

The grinding was probably done to help put pressure on the control sleeve through the lug rather than to erase the numbers. At least I would like to think most guys would just XXXX them out instead of firing up the grinder. What a shame it scarred such a neat little core.

i have another, identical ... it rocks back and forth in its housing,
it is a killer b/c there is no rotational return coil.
if u XXX out #s how do you apply new ones?
