Wow - in that highly condensed, <600 word article I learned more about -the person- Bill than hours upon hours of his nevertheless entertaining and interesting lock-picking and lock-shooting videos have told me. I guess he keeps himself to himself . Cool to gain a bit more insight into him though. The article seems to be written fairly as well, mostly avoiding any leadingly worded hokum about lock pickers. Cool stuff.

I know, right? what a non-answer.

Master Lock told The Post it recognizes there’s an online community “who attempt to challenge the integrity of various brands of security products for fun and sport within their own controlled environments.”

It doesn't want to acknowledge, learn from or god forbid WORK WITH them, mind you, and probably sees us as a pile of troublemakers. But it recognises that we exist!

*goes on to make irrelevant point about how people should choose the best level of security for their application* (here's a hint, stay away from ML...)

And then my favourite bit.

“No one takes security more seriously than Master Lock,” she added

I'm sorry, I just can't keep a straight face

No one at all, ML! You know, except for Medeco, Abloy, Cisa, Abus, Ingersoll, Assa/Ruko, Chubb, EVVA, Mul-t-lock......
