Probably a Mul-T-Lock clone, so yeah, pickable.
Hard to be sure from the pics, but the keys look like an early model Mul-T-Lock so no pin-in-pin, no interactive element.
In short, a lot easier to pick than later models of this type of lock.
Use a half-diamond or a dimple pick.
Just a dimple lock. Still just pin tumbler but with the key sideways.
Still bumpable. Although bump keys for these are less common than for regular household locks in the US.

I wonder if that is the same Angal that copied Medeco: viewtopic.php?f=104&t=6205&hilit=angal

Seems this company's forte is making cheap knockoffs of popular, early model (out-of-patent) high security locks.

Have picked the MTL version of the Angal lock. It is easier to pick than the MTL, and the one I picked was pin-in-pin.

One of my recent videos is a padlock from this company that was advertised as pick proof. I opened it in around one minute.

The Angal MTL clones are full pin in pin, but the default bitting sucks. lots of A1 and A2 on them.

Yes this company is based on knock offs except out of all the companies that do this, this company actually makes a good product. Not to be compared with the originals in any ways but it has surprised me many times. These locks are all over NY and NY stores. Most of you guys who never visited NY wont know this but the City has knock offs including watches being sold on nearly every corner (mainly downtown) for about $10-20 so you know those are pure shit but you can also find a knock offs for $200 which are actually done great and will last for years. Its still not compared to the real Cartier which is 10K and up but you see what im saying. I have installed a few of the Angal deadbolts and they dont really cut corners like a cheap brand would. They have a good bolt (no idea how hard it is tho), they have a good solid plate etc. If you dont have money to spend on an original then I would recommended you go with this company.

Im very surprised to see they made a medeco clone wow.

If memory serves, the key to one of the challenge locks you sent me was Angal brand... SC4 blank. I never would have noticed if I wasn't picking on the Angal padlock while your lock was sitting in front of me on my desk.

PG, I'm going to agree and disagree with you on this one. I pulled the trigger on one of these locks to satisfy my curiosity. As far a quality goes, these definitely appear to be well-built… Quality materials, tight tolerance on the plug, well-machined serrated driver pins, 4 keys, smooth operation, etc. I was impressed at first inspection… not quite to MTL levels of refinement, but it appears to be very close.

Then I picked it… fast. And I did it again, and again, and again. After the first time, I don’t think I took more than 2-3 minutes to open it up. It is much, much easier than any MTL mortise cylinder I have ever tried. Honestly, I’m not sure why it’s so darned easy. The best I can explain is this: It feels like an American padlock… you know those nice sharp clicks and clean feedback? It’s the same with my Angal. I should also note that the pin binding order is not subtle… so there are probably some very minor alignment issues compared to a real MTL.

To be fair, when you compare this lock to what the same money will buy you at Home Depot, there should be no doubt that this is a tremendous security value…

I’ll post a video in the next day or two of a picking and gutting.
