Maya tools

a video about the last tools we made for opening some dimple locks

all the main parts are in plastic (POM)

you can adapt the tool for a specific lock or made by yourself a tensioner and a feeler by using a blank or an used key for the lock target you wwould want to open

Re: Maya tools

Nice tool, congrats :)

About the first time you picked the lock and tried to extract the tool while the plug is still picked: looks like the very long third pin is blocking the tool tip. This is a problem that could prevent you from successfully picking a lock that has pins binding at different times on both sides of the long one. I tell this because I know the iseo r6 very well and I also make picks for it. Keep this in mind when you decide how long the tool tip should be. Shortening it just a hair might help.
This is constructive criticism, not a negative comment.

Cheers :)

Re: Maya tools

Beautiful design. The indicators for both depth and turning could be adapted for many other lock types.
