Older Corbin 5-pin large (1.625") master ring cylinder, picked to change key shear line. Tailpiece removed to show master ring in second photo. Based on the Corbin logo and the 5 ball bearings, this looks to be a fairly old example of a master ring; anyone know approximate date range this logo was used?

Flywheel I have the exact same Eagle with that crazy keyway and spools lol. I am one pin away from picking it but dont have a pick high enough to get it, need to adjust a super high hook I have from SouthOrd.

I have been fighting lever and push key pancake locks for the past 2 months so had nothing to add until I received this challenge lock from the Lock Butcher and had lots of fun. This is his first ever challenge lock and my first lock with threaded chambers.

I found this Schlage KS43 laying in the gutter on a residential street a couple weeks back. I tried it a bit but couldn't even feel if I was moving pins so I squirted some triflow in it, raked it in and left it to sit for a few days.

Today I got it twice with SPP and .

Keymark Mortise Cylinder - thanks to a very generous Doogs

After a pitched month-long battle I picked this last week. The tolerances seem really tight as I often had trouble isolating the binding pin. Also, I seemed to be constantly dropping pins. Not to mention, I struggled to get much feedback trying to negotiating that nutty keyway. But, for the first time I got to use my Peterson Postal pick, which I'd not tried before and found it rather fun stuff.

Admittedly, I haven't had time to try for a second opening yet so it could have been pure luck.
I had a migraine at the time and was sitting in the dark, picking to pass the time. I was shocked when it opened.

The next day I gutted it and it has 3 spooled keypins
I figured it had to have at least one security pin as I'd had a couple false sets but they seemed weird as I didn't always hit them, now I see. I had thought Keymark did not come with security pins?

I think the side pins were installed incorrectly because the key doesn't work. They were hard to feel but fortunately it opened. Only 5 pins and still a challenge. Thanks to rerun12 for the pick. It was extremely useful.
Now let's see if I can do a better job installing those pins.

Turns out some dingleberry at the factory installed the sidebar incorrectly. Rotated it 180° and all is well again. Yay! The side pins and springs were trying to run away so I didn't take a pic, however, I did take a picture of the key pins that missed out on the picking.
