ABLOY Schlage KIK Cyl retrofit or refurb?

okay, so i have a keyed ABLOY (pro-tec?)

and two abloy (keyless,opened by yours truly....)
padlocks,a 231,and a 330.

all guts are intact.
ultimately i would like to retrofit this KIK cyl. into a Schlage padlock body.
is this feasible with a proper tailpiece?
otherwise, can i take the keyed discs from my KIK cylinder,and drop them into one of my keyless padlocks rendering it useable again?

I think you should have no problem dropping the KIK cylinder into a schlage padlock body, just like you said need the right tailpiece or cam on the back of the KIK cylinder. I have no Idea about putting the discs from the KIK cylinder into the padlock though???

as long as they are both protec it should work, just like rekeying a pin tumbler... I have neer done it though... let us know if you try

Mr. Fey,or perhaps the esteemed Mr Fagerlund,......now these
fellows have the disc-detainer assembly/mechanism knowledge sewn up .
upon further study, it does appear perfectly feasible to use the keyed discs in one of the padlocks.
(either one.)
however, i would MUCH rather retrofit into a Schlage padlock body...using the (proper tailpiece/cam....)
if anyone knows if such a creature exists, please let me know...
