..."officers don't need to seek search warrants in that state to use a mobile tracking device because it "does not intercept communication, so no wiretap laws would apply." .... MAKE A NEW LAW! .... new technology -> new laws, come on people!

maybe if the politicians approved a budget with more than zer0 days til the deadline, they would have time to actually work on some REAL laws!
