Well, this is what happens when you bow down to your government. Some people thought that I was pissing and moaning about the "In god we trust" being removed from our coins, when you don't take a stand, the government will just do as they please, but based on some comments I read on my post, some of you guys don't care what your government does, and it shows in the laws in your country. There is no way in hell our government would ever get away with this, we would fight.

Actually, considering the relative docility of the average American sheeple, I might disagree. Our liberties are being taken away from us at an alarming rate already and no one has started a new civil war yet. As long as people have their Hummers and Haagen Dazs... You see, they do it slowly and over generations so most won't notice anything has happened at all... Plus, the rising trend of stupidity doesn't help...

You've got a valid point. Just go anywhwere - McDonalds, the mall, the library, the hospital, even driving down the freeways - cameras are everywhere we look.

Yet we don't make a peep. It's a "security" issue. I agree that cameras are useful for protecting life and property - but how can you stop human beings from being unscrupulous?
