CompTIA A+, Sec+, Net+ Training?

I want to start working towards my CompTIA A+, then all the other stuff, i plan on spending a few years doing this, i see tons of study guides for the exam, but i obviously want the training first. I DONT WANT JUST A STUDY GUIDE, I WANT A COURSE THAT WILL WALK ME THROUGH THE TRAINING AND REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE FOR THE CERT.
I was told to do New Horizons, for my training, but i will be out of the country soon, and gone for a year so i will try online training with them, if i even get to a place that has internet, i may not have that luxory. i have seen however this cdrom course...
http://www.amazon.com/Professor-Messers ... -1-catcorr
and this course
http://www.amazon.com/CompTIA-Training- ... -2-catcorr

is there a dvd/cdrom course i can buy, and take with me overseas to learn at my own pace then test when im done and ready?

lets also pretend that i dont have a fixed dollar amount on this, so whatever is out there that is worth it, tell me, its worth the costs to me.

Your links are broken and I have no idea what those courses are. But since you are leaving the country for a year keep you eye out for locks and bring a bunch back. I wish I was into this stuff when I worked overseas.

Re: CompTIA A+, Sec+, Net+ Training?

Funny you should mention New Horizons as I'll be taking a course from them soon.

Are you DOD? The DOD is mandating these requirements for IA level certification (IAT and IAM). I'm being required to take some bullshit courses that are way below my skill level to certify me as able to do my job that I've been doing for four years.

I've taken Security+. It is VERY easy if you know your shit. You aren't going to find 'free' training courses that will hold your hand for you. These courses cost $2000 each and are a week long.

Here's a DOD link on the mandate/guidance:
