I have a galaxy s2 9.7 and want to convert to Windows os. I don't have another computer so is there just a way to delete Android and install Windows without the use of another computer thanks for any help.

No, it's not feasible. What do you need to do on Windows that can't be done on Android? Cloud services can do many things. Buying a used laptop would be another option.

Long answer:
With a rooted phone and a computer and a lot of knowledge its technically possible to create, customize, and get windows running on an S2. The problem is when it's all done you have an incompatible instruction set. So it will be emulated, dramatically increasing the requirements to run. It has been done on similar systems with XP, but it's partially unresponsive. Me and 98 run, but why would you want to.

Or you can just buy a Windows phone.

Are you talking a Windows Phone OS or making a tiny touchscreen desktop computer?

I did Google it and there are many sites that explains a way to install windows on a Android. The problem is they require a computer to do it..
