I usually only buy from cold steel dealers, because there is alot of fake crap online. Not so much with the mini, but avoid deals that are too good to be true. Not a hard knife to find.

What? That's a beauty of a production chopper knife! Not that it couldn't be a deadly weapon, but mainly it's a jack of all trades trail blade. It's at home busting up firewood.
This on the other hand...
might be more you cup o' tea.
Laredo Bowie Specifications:
Weight: 16.3 oz.

Thick: 5/16"
Overall: 15 11/16"
Sheath: Leather
Steel: SK-5 High Carbon
Faux Cocobolo Grip
The clip point on this one is a fully sharpened false edge, where on the trail master it's a more obtusely ground angle. The blade is flat ground, but wider and terminates in a thinner edge that's more effective for slashing. The two thinner edge grinds means this one has better piercing power at the tip. It's an inch longer than the trail master, it's a few ounces lighter, and the balance point is right in front of the guard. So it's alot faster, and while it would make a dandy trail knife in the right terrain, it ain't really for bushwhackin'
