I'm Cheating on LP101 W/ You :D
Hey Logan from Massachusetts here;
I've been lock picking for a few months now, I even gutted and reassembled my mortise cylinder a few times. The first time I learned the hard way why a plug follower is a good thing to have. I enjoy solving each lock like a little puzzle. Yup, just because I'm mumbling obscenities at the lock and cursing it's manufacturer doesn't mean I'm not having fun. Thats just the sound of progress
I got into lock picking because I just have to know how everything works. So like my computer and learning to hack that and every other piece of electronic equipment I own, fixing and upgrading my own vehicles, machines, and everything else I can; I found my way here to learn everything I can about my locks and locks in general and the skills involved. As I figure theres no such thing as too varied a skillset
Anyway I found lp101 first but found the boards over there bland, boring. and more often than not nearly stagnant; especially for someone new to the art. So I'm hoping that coming over here lives up to half the good things people have told me about the place.
From what I've saw looking around whilst anxiously awaiting account approval this is the place I was looking for in the first place.
So yeah I'm the new noob but I'm your new noob now... so yeah hi
