another new picker

Hi All,

Just saying hi. Been interested for a while and decided to give it a go. So I picked up a starter kit and some cheap locks and have been giving it a go for about a week. So far finding master locks easier than the see through plastic lock.

Looking for any tips and advice!

Thanks!

Re: another new picker

Master locks are a more "real world" experience anyway. The plastic locks don't give the same feed back as metal locks. Welcome! You will find this to be a very knowledgeable community. Ask whatever questions you might have, remember though that most have been asked and can be found here with a little research! The folks here are great. Again, welcome aboard!

Thank you. Yeah I prefer the Masters, managed to get one down so far but the other one always seems to feel like the pins are set but it doesn't turn. Will be searching here for identifying trap pins - if that it the correct what to put things like serrated pins.

Thanks again.
