Hello from North Wales

Hello folks,

Happy to be here. Total noob, I bought a cheap set of picks that came with three acrylic locks just to see if lockpicking was something I might enjoy. It certainly is, so I have upgraded to some Sparrows picks and real locks. I'm finding it fun but slow going.

I'm here to pick brains as well as locks :)

Welcome to the site.

Those acrylic locks are great to see what is happening inside. Also nice to show someone your new hobby.

Yeah, they're great to get you going, no question about that. Picked a Squire padlock and a Masterlock this morning. The better picks make such a difference. They're slender and much more agile in the lock.
