I found, for me that the offset diamond in .018 works wonders (except for the one I just chopped up) with a .050 prybar A .025 will barely slide in but can work. Have sen where some guys like the .018 standard hook. (#1) I beleive.
The masters try a Sparrows tron, or Attilla, If not the offset diamond if it will fit. And whatever fits in it .
Would definitely try attacking these before the Americans.
Have you ran through easier master locks like the 3,5,1, wilson Bohanon, master 17, master 140, & 150, abus 55-40
If not perhaps try those before jumping straight into serrated pin locks. You did say you are new to picking.
