Hello from New Zealand

Howdy, I'm Michael Maynard.

Been picking locks for a considerable number of years, one way and another - I'm 49 now, first stuck a pick in a lock when I was about ten. Interested in pins, dimples and discs, not so much levers and safes.

I'm an optometrist in private practice in Napier, a small town on the east coast of NZ.

I've got the obligatory picking channel on YouTube under my real name; can't see the point in aliases. Same goes with the uklocksport.co.uk board, I use the same username over there as well. No active groups in my part of the world unfortunately.

Thanks for the add mods, looking forward to having some fun.

Michael.

Hey mate, thanks for the welcome. I saw there were a couple of Aussies on here but no active Kiwis, whereabouts are you?

There are quite a few of us lurking here. I live down the south coast of NSW.

I spent a few years in NZ a long time ago. Sailed a small yacht (22 ft) around the North Island with a couple of mates -- great fun and great people.
