We have a number of lockpickers here from Montreal and they have regular meetings there.

I was born and raised in Montreal. Unfortunately the French they taught in my high school was nothing the local Montreal kids could understand. In fact my french teacher was from Egypt

Depending on your level of skill you may find this tutorial in french of interest.
