I am glad to be here! I have had an interest in lockpicking for quite some time, but wasn't until I stumbled upon reddit.com/r/lockpicking where I decided I wanted to learn as much as I could. Everyone there has been great, but I wanted more from the lockpicking community - unfortunately, it isn't as active as I wish it was. I started looking for local clubs or groups, but wasn't able to find any. I have some co-workers and friends that are also interested (especially after seeing what I have learned so far), and have reached out to Toool about starting a local chapter, but haven't heard back yet. I've heard this site mentioned in some YouTube videos, and some folks on Reddit have suggested it as well, so here I am.

Where in Colorado are you?

I'm 30 miles north of Denver, there are a couple other people up this way also. There's usually a lockpick village at BSides in Denver which just happened in May. Outside of that, take a look at the denhac calendar, they have an open house day with locksport on the calendar once a month. I haven't been in a while but there are times when no one shows up or only a couple of people who are generally pretty new. They have some donated tools and practice locks to play with.

Where in Colorado are you?
I am about 45 miles North of Denver. Ha! I am in Windsor, so we are pretty close, I think! Where are you at? Erie\Longmont area?
