they used to let you take that sort of thing... but then when we quit fighting and started politicin they stopped us

well i work gunshows and talk to a lot of military guys and they bring home more than that. not to mention the ATF has lost quit a few guns in the past.

dude shipping shit out of Iraq of Afghanistan is no joke...before whatever you send is sealed up they go through by hand...i shipped a bunch of extra shit home to keep until my next deployment, all sorts of shit, (surprising how expensive socks get when you have to buy so many pairs) and the customs guys would unroll every pair of socks and underwear, flip through notebooks everything. They mean business, and if you get caught trying to ship some shit home that you aren't allowed to have they can rail you pretty damn good for it too.
