There is something that has been on my mind of late, awhile back our government placed an order for ammunition that was millions of rounds more than we usually order. There were questions then about why this was necessary, which as far as I know received no really good explanation. My question now is: What happened to all of those millions of rounds that were far and above what was necessary to protect our country?
