Hallis' paperweight

In another thread we were discussing these barrel shaped American locks. Halllis mentioned that he had murdered one So I PMed him to discuss this
He ended up sending it to me(along with a generous amount of other fun locks )
and I wanted to show you all the results
Sorry I did not take any pictures before the surgery took place but I did take a few after
What had happned was...
see, this comb pick had gotten stuck in the lock... while the cylinder was turned upside down... so the driver pins were holding the comb pick in...
I whipped out my special peterson pick(a slimline pick I had sanded down to be a miniknife... super thin)
and slid it in to raise all the driver pins... then out popped the comb pick...
next I inserted a tensor about halfway down the keyway, to be below the key stopper, and pushed all the drivers through the cylinder with one of LN21s picks... then the plug rotated... yay, now its a working lock
and a beauty to pick
