Is that a kitchen knife pick?

Re: chriswingate's Vids

Good job Chris. And no that cylinder isn't missing a T pin. I haven't always used T pins in every chamber, I still don't always use them in every chamber. I typically left them out of chambers that had deeper depths (unmodified T pins don't do anything special with Schlages 7-9 depths). Actually, with an 8 or 9 depth, there is probably never a reason to use them.

Oh, and for those that don't know. Those bomb shaped key pins coupled with those odd cutouts in the side of the bible give it some impressioning resistance.

Re: chriswingate's Vids

Thanks a lot FF! Yeah I found the driver on the carpet, luckily it shot out and hit my wife, so it didn't fly across the room.
I figured after the fact that I wasn't missing a pin, as the springs for the T pins are different, like you told me before.
Great locks FF, lots of fun to pick, a hell of a challenge!

Re: chriswingate's Vids

Chris, thanks for the vid on the American US 5200. As you know I've thoroughly enjoyed my series 50. I now have a US 5200 that came in the slew of locks I received from SlickPick. I think I'll start playing with it pretty soon. It doesn't have the extream bitting that I normally see from American (not that I've seen that many). Also, I'm still wondering if anyone could tell me about the letters on these- why they vary and if they mean anything.
