Re: Freaky Farmer videos

I got a bunch of locks from Toolymcgee today. I was going to pick this lock out of the box on camera. ...but ...it didn't happen and that video will never see the light of day. After that 15 minutes of FAIL, and a short break. I gave it another try.

I've never had a chance to pick one of these before. I knew how they worked and already had a plan of attack.

Thank you Toolymcgee!!! :D

Re: Freaky Farmer videos

Good choice. I had a feeling you would choose that tough little bastard. Didn't even look at the keys... Totally badass dude! :yep:

I tried to mod a few locks to send, but they only turned out tough because I broke them all to hell.

Re: Freaky Farmer videos

I also got this Assa from Tooly. :D

This isn't an easy lock to pick. But it should be noted that this is the older design. The driver pins and counter-mills are different in the more modern designs (making them even harder). Also, the third chamber in this cylinder isn't counter-milled at all.

Fantastic picking! That is some crazy bitting on that key.

I've got another high security lock for you guys.

Schlage Primus Everest!! It's much harder than the regular Primus cylinders.

Nice Farmer! I pick those all the time @ work. I made tension wrenches out of old Everest Keys for these, real easy to pick with them.

Are you talking about the Everest Everest, or the Primus Everest? Not that It wouldn't work on the Primus version, it would just have to have the right finger pin bitting.

Re: Freaky Farmer videos

Got a new cylinder today. Sargent interchangeable core "HA" keyway. Had a co-worker key it up for me and wrap up the keys. This video is the first time I picked it.

Picking it clockwise to the change key seemed oddly easy.
But as was expected from the person keying it up for me, picking the core out was rather difficult.

Goofing around in the back room at work. Somewhere along the lines the video lost its sound...
