If you set your pick to overcome the stronger springs, the weaker-driven pins won't set. You need to adjust for the weaker ons first, then reset the fingers and tighten the tension progressively. Picking individual pins like you demonstrated is a sure way to do it. I look forward to more videos from you. BTW: That wouldn't be Kokomo, Indiana, would it?
