Taurus420's Videos

Well it's not the best vid, just my first. I attempted this lock 20 plus times and finally got it so I went with it. The video isn't the greatest. But atleast you all can see what I can do now  YaY

Ancient Yale Spp! same kind Wiz hasn't picked yet...

This is the same type of Yale I think that Wiz said in another post he hadn't picked yet. The keyway is brutal! The pins are all stiff along with the keyway & the springs feel like maybe they're not springs but who knows you cannot gut these. It took me forever of trying different techniques. I ended up pushing my Perterson pry bar in the top of keyway and it stuck good then I used a lot of tension and my thinnest southordMax pick & BAM! open

I don't know, I just know it's impossible to fit a pick even paper thin straight up and down in the keyway. Only way was to go in from the top notch up. The lock has to be +20 years old... I just know I was knocking brass dust outa this thing as I was picking it.

Re: Ancient Yale Spp! same kind Wiz hasn't picked yet...

Was that the one you said in a previous vid that you tried a few times at picking and couldnt get open? Did you give another try and get it??

That keyway also looks a bit bigger than the one I have. Thier's no way I coulda got that hook you were using in the lock I have. I used the smallest thinnest pick I have & it barely fit.

Those locks are tough as hell though, fun to get open on camera (woohoo)

Looks like the yale 800 series so I'm gonna say yes. Yale keyways are pretty easy, but maybe that's cos I'm used to them. :P

What you do is the following:

1. Copy the http link to your YouTube video
2. Create a topic or reply to your own video thread (i.e Taurus420's videos)
3. After adding your text, etc, - look up underneath the title section and click on the "youtube" button.
4. Insert your http link between the brackets.
5. Make sure the http never contains the following text at the end of the link: "&feature=related"
6. If you add a link that includes
"&feature=related" at the end - it will never link to the video.
