Re: Sparrow Kick Start Pick Set

Glad you like the sparrows, I have a set myself, a lot of nice tools in that one.
Naaapaalm...sticks to kids...it sticks to the belly and it sticks to the ribs...
See those kids standing by the lake...drop some napalm and watch them bake.

Re: Sparrow Kick Start Pick Set

I think I'll definatly be getting the expansion set, I might try liquid rubber dipping the handles. I dont fancy those big plastic handles sparrow do, but after using the naked ones for a couple of hours they are getting a little uncomfortable, but no to bad.

The twisted tension wrenchs are really nice, I can really feel when a pin hits home through them, more so than through the pick.

I used some Plasti-Dip on my sparrows, I didn't like the sleeves they came with either, slipped off to easily, a couple dips in the liquid, once it was dry I was set.

Yeah those plastic handles are ugly as fuck and they look like they'd ruin the feel of the pick, good to know the dipping idea works, i'll pick some up from the hardware store on the weekend.
