I want to make a TOK wrench for my american 1100 and i have a short wide wrench (which you actually made for me) which fits the best atm. The problem is though when i apply tension it just comes out the top of the lock, or binds to pin 1.
So, from your vid i am guessing, i wrong size, wrong pitch, no serrated edges, coz you clearly show when made correctly, it should stay in the keyway unsupported.
So yeah, i just wanted to know the widths of the inserts, or size of wipers used in these types of wrenches, and have i missed anything out when making these?

What an absolute great set of versatile tension tools. Haven't found a lock I can't tension with them, and now I can ditch my 25+ collection of confused tension tools and stick with these bad boys.
Like Wiz said they come in a variety of widths and thickness' (I hope that shows in the photo?), and all in all are a very well thought out and crafted set of tools... made by `the man` himself!
btw: I got an extra angled TOKE tool thrown in free ...this is a six set.
So thanks Ray mate, they will take pride of place in my collection... oh and ta` for that Master safety lockout too! I freaken love that thing... should have got the two.
I'll get something in the post to ya this week to say thanks!
PS: Dude how did you get that little `notch` in the small twisted wrench? That looks so trick but I ain't got a clue how to do it?

I picked it open the other day and it did act a bit cranky when I tried to turn the plug back? Bit of a heart stopper
...I do believe this was the vid you meant? hehe class vid!
