Re: The Ratyoke Cometh

Before I do any aluminum picks I'll be making some wood handled ones. I just started on a pair with cocobolo handles today.

So Ratyoke, any updates on the auction?

I was just reading an old thread of yours. I didn't realize you were in Korea teaching English. I have a friend over there doing the same thing right now.

As a disgraced member I don't think you are entitled to bid in any auction on this forum. In any event, you shouldn't be allowed to bid in any auction and I -- for one -- will protest your participation in this auction and any other. It is perverse that any person that has done damage to the forum and continues to threaten further damage should (a) derive material benefit from the forum; and (b) do so at the potential expense of another member that possibly contributes to the maintenance of this forum.

I also petition Ratyoke -- and the other pick makers and members of the forum -- to not engage in any commerce with you on the grounds of your moral turpitude, your hostility to the forum and its management and your total and wanton disregard for the commmunity of this forum.

Sorry, I had not checked the forum in a while. I have a bunch of half finished picks, and just finished one tonight. I hope to be getting more finished soon.

Do you guys want me to put them up for auction as I finish them? Or wait and put them all up at once?

Re: The Ratyoke Cometh

I think people are chomping at the bit so bad you risk a riot if you don't post them as you finish them! But hey, it's your call.

I saw the pic of the Dalmatian Ebony pick. Nice.

I'll bid $50 to open, unless you wanted to start somewhere else.

Ok, we'll start the auction for this one now. I think I will start a new thread in the BST forum for the auction. Post your bids there.
