I got a service call on this lock and I never did figure out why they're having issues getting it to turn past 90 and 10, I suspect that it had to do with the key locking dial that was on the lock. Because of the cost of a return visit to the site I just went ahead and replace the lock with a new 3330. This lock is definitely worn and there might be something wrong with it.
